How we use AI

Selloviz uses AI image and video tools to build scenes around your real product, starting from the photos you send. A person checks every image and fixes or remakes anything that isn't right before you see it.

We never create images that look like a real, identifiable person, and we never copy another brand's logo, packaging or style.

Your photos and your product

By sending photos, you confirm that you own them, or have permission to use them, and that you have the right to sell and advertise the product shown.

If an image shows wording, sizes or claims about your product, please check them before you publish. You know your product best.

Who can use the finished images

Once your project is paid, you can use the finished images on your listings, store, ads, social media and printed materials, for as long as you sell the product.

We may show your project in our portfolio only if you say yes in your project form or in writing. You can ask us to take it down at any time.

Changes

Every package includes one round of changes. Send your notes on your private review page and we'll send updated images within 2 business days. Extra rounds, or changes that turn into a new brief, are quoted separately.

Payment and refunds

You'll get a fixed quote before we start. Projects under $200 are paid up front; larger ones are half to start and half when you approve. Payments go through Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.

If we can't deliver what was agreed after a round of changes, we'll refund what you've paid for the parts you can't use. Once full-size files are downloaded, payments aren't refundable.

Marketplace rules

We make white-background main images to common marketplace rules. Amazon, Etsy, Shopify and other platforms have the final say, and some categories have extra rules, so you're responsible for what you publish on your own listings.

Privacy

We use your name, email and photos only to make and deliver your project and to talk to you about it. We don't sell your information or use your photos to train AI models. Your photos are stored privately and are deleted 90 days after your project ends unless you ask us to keep them for future orders.
